TWINWALL INSULATED FLUE PIPING

Twin wall insulated flue: Ideally used if you don't have a chimney, or going through a wall or ceiling. Twin wall is a layer of stainless steel pipe with 25mm of insulation and another layer of pipe. All solid fuel, wood burning and oil appliances will need twin wall flue if you are planning to use a stove in an area with no existing masonry chimney. Please note all twin wall appliances should be over the highest point of your roof which is the Apex. If you are not over this point your chimney can get a down draft "puffing of smoke back into the stove and out into your room".
